#+description: The easiest way to annoy your coworkers: clacking keyboards.

* My Keyboards

My first mechanical keyboard was the =Ducky One 2 Rosa 2021 Chinese New Year
Edition Double Shot PBT Mechanical Keyboard Cherry= from [[https://ducky.global][Ducky]]. This is a
fantastic keyboard and I used it heavily until I switched to the smaller,
non-numpad keyboard below.

Next, I bought the [[https://www.xvxchannel.com/products/xvx-m87-pro][M87 Pro]] from XVX. This is currently my go-to keyboard. The
settings, built-in digital screen controls, and overall form factor are great.
Easy to fit in a backpack, great switches and feedback, and color scheme.

Finally, I've bought a [[https://www.8bitdo.com/retro-mechanical-keyboard/][8BitDo Retro Mechanical Keyboard]] just for fun. It comes
with an =A= & =B= button controller, as well as a joystick controller. It's honestly
not terrible, but not great. Keys are soft, the rounded edges are annoying, the
extra components are fairly useless, and I honestly just leave it on my server
whenever I need direct access to fix server issues.
