WHAT
backend for push notifications in hutch.
DOES
- register apns device tokens
- store notification subscriptions
- poll sr.ht for changes
- send pushes via apns

python (fastapi), sqlite, apns (http/2, token auth).
STATUS
early development. current scope: device registration and a test
push endpoint. planned: build, ticket, and inbox notifications.
